Junior Development is one of the most important phases of golf development. At this time as players grow, adapt, and learn new skills we want to ensure they develop based on an athlete first, long term development model. It is vital that every Junior become physically literate through first mastering fundamental movement skills and subsequent sport specific skills thereafter.
Based on the TPI model of Junior development we have mapped out the best way to train juniors to produce the most elite level of golfers from a very early age. This model focusses on a progressing through growth, and development in a fun, age appropriate way. The number one thing that keeps juniors engaged in sport at a young age is how much they enjoy it, therefore it must be FUN first, Fitness second.

TPI golf specific screen including mobility, stability, fundamental movement skills and abilities. These screening tests can be done at anytime as baseline or re-assessment to determine progress. Initial assessment is $130, follow up assessments are $100.
After testing custom mobility, stability and strength programs designed for age appropriate and physical abilities of the junior athlete. This includes 5, 1 on 1 sessions to ensure the junior is doing their exercises correctly and appropriately. Must have had recent fitness TPI screen prior to purchasing this.
